TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Alpha Tools Australia, owned and operated by Sheffield Group (NSW Authority Number: TP/01171), is running this promotion on selected social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram that are in no way responsible for or affiliated with our promotion.

Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to all Australian residents (18+)
  • Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

Terms and Conditions of Entry:

  • To have a chance at winning 2 x Alpha White Pointer Holesaw Kits, entrants must refer a friend. To do so, they must fill out the form provided on the promotion landing page, one for themselves and one for their friend.
  • The promotion will run for 2 weeks from the first day of the promotion.
  • Entrants will find a link to the promotion landing page on the promotional posts found on Alpha Tools Australia’s social media accounts.
  • Entrants can refer multiple different friends to heighten their chances of winning, however, multiple attempts with the same referred friend will not be counted.
  • Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via our promotion entry channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
  • Entrants agree that by completing the forms they will be enrolled into other marketing communication from Alpha Tools Australia.
  • Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button found at the bottom of any one of our marketing emails.
  • By clicking submit, entrants’ consent to allowing Alpha Tools to store and process the information submitted.

Prizes and Winning

  • To determine the winner, the name will be drawn randomly at the end of the 2 weeks. The winner is final.
  • The winner will receive 1 x Alpha White Pointer Holesaw Kit and the other will be sent to their referred friend.
  • The winner agrees to have their full name included in a winner’s announcement post on Alpha’s social media channels and website.
  • The winners will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided during entry. If no response is received after 10 business days, a new winner will be selected in their place, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner’s provided address. The prize must be collected by the selected winner and is non-transferable.
  • The winner’s prize will be sent via our preferred freight method.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or alternative prizes or products.

Prize and Promotion Conditions

  • The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Alpha Tools reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Alpha Tools Australia, its licensees and marketers (including its officers, employees, contractors and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
    (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sheffield Group‘s control);
    (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, altered or lost; or
    (d) use of the prize.
