The Alpha 115mm TCT Multi Cutter Blade 32T – 22mm Bore is the 115mm option in this range, combining 32 teeth with a 22.23mm bore and a 1.3mm kerf. Its ATB 10° tooth grind and -3° (± 2°) rake sit alongside a small-tooth, no-gullet rim designed for controlled cutting. Construction details include hi-density carbide teeth, impact-resistant brazing, a heavy-duty laser-cut steel plate and laser-cut vents. An anti-friction layer and non-stick coating are intended to support smoother cutting and reduce gumming and pitch build-up. Verified listed materials include thin stainless, aluminium and steel tube, steel stud and track, gal tube, electrical cable, conduit, PVC, fibreglass, wood, nails and dowel. Maximum rated speed is 13,300 RPM.
