Alpha Onsite+ Step Tip Step Drill | 5-25mm gives trade and DIY users a practical way to drill multiple metric hole sizes without starting with a pilot hole. The step tip engages the workpiece directly and is designed to limit wandering, helping keep holes centred and round across steel, stainless steel, wood and plastic. Its 11 defined steps run from 5.0mm through to 25.0mm, so the required diameter can be selected from a single drill. A 1/4-inch hex shank suits both power drills and impact drivers and supports quick accessory changes onsite. The drill is finished with an AlTiN coating. When working in steel, follow Alpha’s recommendation to use Liquid Gold Cutting Lubricant.
