SCHEDULE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions include and should be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Schedule, the Schedule will take precedence. By participating in this Promotion and submitting a redemption claim, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings outlined in the Schedule.

Eligibility

1. Participation in the Promotion is open to Australian residents in the Relevant State/s who meet the Eligible Participant requirements.
2. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its affiliates, distributors, stockists and advertising partners are not eligible to participate.

Redemption Requirements

1. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
2. To redeem the promotional items, participants must complete the Redemption Procedure outlined in the Schedule.
3. Redemption claims must be submitted through the official redemption form during the Promotion Period and must include valid proof of purchase and the unique redemption code supplied inside the Qualifying Product box.
4. Each redemption code is unique and may only be used once. Any attempt to reuse, duplicate, or falsify redemption codes may result in the claim being declared invalid.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify proof of purchase and redemption codes. Claims that cannot be verified may be rejected.
6. Photo uploads of the proof of purchase must be legible, clear, and high quality. Any blurry, incorrect formatting or dark pictures will incur shipping delays.
7. Participants may redeem multiple times provided each claim relates to a separate purchase and includes a valid proof of purchase and unused redemption code.
8. Incomplete, illegible, incorrect or fraudulent claims may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

Redemption Item Availability

1. Redemption items are limited in quantity and available only while stocks last.
2. If redemption stock is exhausted prior to the Promotion end date, the Promotion may be closed early without notice.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a redemption item with another item of equal or greater value should the original item become unavailable.

Hoodie Size Selection

1. Participants must select their preferred hoodie size at the time of submitting their redemption claim.
2. A size guide will be available on the redemption page to assist participants in selecting the appropriate size.
3. Participants are responsible for ensuring the correct size is selected when submitting their redemption.
4. Hoodie sizes are limited and subject to availability.
5. If a selected hoodie size is unavailable at the time of fulfilment due to stock depletion, the Promoter may offer an alternative available size or another item of equal value at its discretion.
6. Once a redemption claim has been submitted and processed, size changes may not be possible.

Exchanges and Returns

1. Redemption items are promotional items and are not eligible for exchange or return due to incorrect size selection or change of preference.
2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. If a redemption item is received in a faulty or damaged condition, participants may contact the Promoter for assistance.

Delivery

1. Participants should allow up to four (4) weeks from approval of their redemption claim for processing and delivery.
2. Redemption items will be dispatched from the Promoter’s Newcastle NSW warehouse to the delivery address supplied by the participant during the redemption process.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by participants or for lost, stolen or damaged items once they have been dispatched.
4. Participants may be contacted if additional information is required to process a redemption claim.

Advertising and Terms Access

1. Participants can access the Terms and Conditions via the method outlined in the Schedule.

Social Media Disclaimer

2. This Promotion may be advertised on social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
3. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any other social media platform.
4. Participants acknowledge that any information they provide in connection with this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to the social media platforms.

Legal and Promotion Conditions

1. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify redemption claims and disqualify any participant deemed to have submitted fraudulent or non-compliant claims.
3. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its licensees, and marketers (including officers, employees, contractors and agents) exclude all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to: technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; unauthorised intervention or fraud; late, lost or misdirected redemption claims; use of the redemption items.
4. The Promoter will use and protect personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
6. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to applicable State or Territory regulation.

Acceptance

By participating in the Promotion and submitting a redemption claim, participants confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
