Eligibility:
• The giveaway is open only to Australian residents. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a legal guardian to participate.
• Employees, and family members of employees at Sheffield Group are ineligible to enter. Sheffield Group’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and employees of any company associated with the giveaway (distributors and stockists) are not eligible to participate.

Terms and Conditions of Entry:
• To enter the 2025 Ultimate Onsite Kit Giveaway, entrants must purchase a Alpha Onsite+ range product from participating stores between the “Promotional Period” of 12:01am March 27, 2025, and 11:59pm June 30, 2025.
• Entrants must scan the QR code on 2025 Ultimate Onsite Kit Giveaway marketing materials.
• Provide contact details, upload a photo of their receipt and submit their entry before the end of the Promotional Period.
• The more Alpha Onsite+ products a customer purchases and enters, the higher their chances of winning.
• There is no restriction on the number of entries per person.
• Each product purchased equals one entry. Entrants must ensure all Onsite+ products from the same receipt are listed on one form and the total quantity. For Onsite+ products bought in separate transactions, entrants must submit separate forms with the corresponding receipt numbers.
• Entrants will find a link HERE to the entry form on Alpha Onsite+ marketing materials via the QR code and on the giveaway posts found on Alpha Tools social media accounts @alphatoolsaus and website alphatools.com.au.
• Only entries submitted via https://alphatools.com.au/ultimate-onsite-kit-giveaway/ will be accepted. Entry submissions via any other channel will be deleted.
• Photos of the receipt upload must be legible, clear, and high quality. Any blurry, incorrect formatting or dark pictures will not be accepted.
• By completing the 2025 Ultimate Onsite Kit Giveaway form, entrants agree to be enrolled in other marketing communications from Alpha Tools Australia.
• Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button found at the bottom of any of our marketing emails.

• To determine the winners, a name will be drawn randomly at the location of 111 Munibung Road Boolaroo, NSW at the end of the giveaway on the 8th of July 2025 at 11am AEST. The decision is final.
• The winners agree to have their details (first name, last name and postcode) included in a winner’s announcement post on Alpha’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (@alphatoolsaus) and website (alphatools.com.au). This is within 30 days of the prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.
• The winners will be contacted on the 8th of July 2025 after 11am AEST via the email address and phone number they provided during entry. If no response is received after 10 business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
• The redraw will take place on the 22nd of July 2025 at 11am AEST at the location of 111 Munibung Road Boolaroo, NSW and the new winners will be contacted on the 22nd of July 2025 after 11am AEST via the email address and phone number they provided during entry.
• Correspondence with the winners will occur after the draw to arrange their preferred delivery addresses. Note: PO Boxes are not accepted.
• Prizes will be sent to the preferred addresses provided by the winners.
• The prize must be collected by the selected winners and is non-transferable.

• Any entry or prize claim that is late, altered, or lost.
• Use of the prize.
• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Alpha Tools will use and protect personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Any false information provided within the context of the giveaway by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant.
• Alpha Tools reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• If for any reason any aspect of this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
